Purpose
The Book Rawda extension is a tool for BookRawda.com agents and clients. It runs on Masar Nusuk mutamer group-details pages (masar.nusuk.sa) to link orders, show passport status, send WhatsApp messages, manage booking times, and print Rawdah permits through the BookRawda client API.
Data stored locally in the browser
The following data is stored only in Chrome local storage on your device: • API token and API base URL • Client name after token validation • Display preferences (for example, hide logo on the Nusuk tab) • Supervisor WhatsApp number per Nusuk group (local draft for quick apply) We do not sell this data or share it with third parties for advertising.
Data sent to BookRawda.com
When you use the extension, authenticated requests are sent only to bookrawda.com / www.bookrawda.com and may include: • Passport numbers and passport IDs linked to your order • Masar group number and order linkage • Pilgrim WhatsApp numbers when saving or sending messages • Stay dates and selected booking times • Permit print requests This data is processed as part of Rawdah booking for your client account, under BookRawda security and confidentiality practices.
Data read from masar.nusuk.sa
The extension reads data only from the active group-details page (for example, mutamer list and package information) to display it in the Book Rawda tab and sync with your order. This data is not sold or shared with third parties other than BookRawda.com as needed to operate the service.
What we do not collect in the extension
The extension does not include ads or third-party analytics SDKs in the extension code. We do not sell user data.
Security
The API token is sent over HTTPS to BookRawda servers. You are responsible for protecting the token and not sharing it. You can revoke the token from the client card in BookRawda admin.
Data retention
Local settings remain until you remove the extension or clear extension/site data in Chrome. Order and passport data on BookRawda servers is managed under your account and service policies.
